Suggested starting point: donations are generally non-refundable once processed, since funds are typically allocated to ongoing programs quickly. Recurring (monthly) donations can be cancelled by the donor at any time via sdftalcher@gmail.com; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past ones. If a donation was made in error (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact sdftalcher@gmail.com within TODO number of days for a refund review.
